Service 01

Airport Fast-Track Arrival FAQ

For travellers landing in Vietnam who want smoother arrival support at immigration and airport arrival procedures.

What is Airport Fast-Track Arrival?

Airport Fast-Track Arrival is a meet-and-assist service for travellers arriving in Vietnam. Depending on the airport and selected service level, staff may meet the passenger, guide them through the appropriate arrival flow, and support the guest until the agreed handover point.

How much does Airport Fast-Track Arrival cost?

Arrival Priority is US$25 per passenger, Arrival Premium Assist is US$49 per passenger, and Arrival Connection Assist is US$69 per passenger. Prices exclude GST. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; after-hours service adds US$10 per passenger where available.

Which airports do you support for arrival fast-track?

Arrival fast-track may be requested at Hanoi / Noi Bai (HAN), Ho Chi Minh City / Tan Son Nhat (SGN), Da Nang (DAD) and Phu Quoc (PQC), subject to availability and airport conditions.

What documents do I need for arrival fast-track?

Each passenger must provide a passport copy and flight ticket copy, together with booking/contact details. For Arrival Fast-Track at Hanoi / Noi Bai (HAN), a copy of the Vietnam visa is also required.

Can I book arrival support after the flight has landed?

Sometimes this may still be possible, but it depends on the airport, staff availability and the passenger's current location inside the airport. Please contact us as soon as possible if the flight has already arrived.

Is arrival fast-track available for groups?

Yes, group arrival support may be available. The service should be checked in advance because passenger count, arrival time and airport conditions can affect staff arrangement and confirmation.

Can arrival fast-track guarantee no waiting time?

No. Fast-track support can make the arrival process smoother where available, but airport queues, security rules and immigration decisions remain under airport and authority control.

Service 02

Airport Fast-Track Departure FAQ

For travellers leaving Vietnam who need clearer guidance through departure procedures and selected priority airport flows.

What is Airport Fast-Track Departure?

Airport Fast-Track Departure is assistance for travellers leaving Vietnam. Depending on the selected service and airport conditions, staff may help coordinate the passenger at the terminal, guide them through the agreed departure flow, and support the process until the service endpoint.

How much does Airport Fast-Track Departure cost?

Check-in Assist is US$25 per passenger, Departure Priority is US$40 per passenger, and Full Departure Assist is US$49 per passenger. Prices exclude GST. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; after-hours service adds US$10 per passenger where available.

Which airports support departure fast-track?

Departure Fast-Track may be requested at supported airports across Vietnam, subject to operational availability and airport conditions. Hanoi / Noi Bai (HAN) and Ho Chi Minh City / Tan Son Nhat (SGN) are our primary international service hubs.

Do I still need to check in with my airline?

It depends on the selected package. Check-in Assist supports the airline check-in stage. Departure Priority generally supports the passenger after check-in, while Full Departure Assist provides broader end-to-end support from terminal arrival toward the gate area.

What documents do I need for departure fast-track?

Each passenger must provide a passport copy and flight ticket copy, together with booking/contact details. A Vietnam visa copy is not required for Departure Fast-Track.

Why do you need the passenger phone number?

For departure bookings, staff may need to contact the passenger to confirm the meeting point after check-in. A working phone number helps avoid missed connections and no-show situations.

Can departure fast-track guarantee I will not miss my flight?

No. Departure fast-track can help make the airport process smoother, but it cannot control airline check-in closing times, traffic delays, security decisions, immigration decisions, passenger lateness or airport congestion. Travellers should still arrive early and follow airline timing rules.

Are late-night or early-morning services available?

Late-night or early-morning support may be available by request, depending on airport, service type and staff arrangement. We will confirm availability before booking.

Service 03

Vietnam Visa Support FAQ

For travellers who have already submitted a Vietnam eVisa application and the application is still pending close to the travel date.

What is Urgent Pending Vietnam eVisa Support?

It is urgent support for travellers who have already submitted a Vietnam eVisa application and the application is still pending. It is not a service for a brand-new application and it does not apply once a final rejection has already been issued.

How much does the service cost?

Current pricing is US$99 per applicant for 2 Business Days, US$119 for 1 Business Day, US$149 for 4-Hour Priority, US$195 for 2-Hour Priority and US$245 for 1-Hour Priority. Weekend support, where available, adds US$100 per applicant and is currently limited to Hanoi / HAN.

What details do I need to provide?

Please provide the existing application or registration code, the email used for the application, passport details, flight information and intended arrival date. The eVisa application must already have been submitted and still be pending.

What are the main submission cut-offs?

For 1 Business Day and 2 Business Days, submit before 9:00 AM Vietnam time. For 4-Hour Priority, a case submitted before 9:00 AM targets a customer-facing result by about 1:00 PM, while a case submitted before 2:00 PM targets about 7:00 PM. After a cut-off, the case moves to the next available processing window.

How do the 2-Hour Priority windows work?

Current fixed windows are 8:00 AM→11:00 AM, 9:00 AM→12:00 PM, 10:00 AM→1:00 PM, 1:00 PM→4:00 PM, 2:00 PM→5:00 PM and 3:00 PM→6:00 PM, all in Vietnam time (GMT+7).

Is 1-Hour Priority always available?

No. The 1-Hour Priority option is subject to team availability and confirmation. Customer-facing timing should allow up to about two hours depending on the case and current processing conditions.

How do you choose the safest option for my flight?

We use the flight departure time and allow a conservative three-hour airport check-in buffer. The goal is to recommend the cheapest option that still leaves a reasonable safety margin. If no automatic option is safe, the case should be manually reviewed.

Is Vietnam eVisa approval guaranteed?

No. Fast-Track Vietnam provides urgent support for eligible pending applications, but the final result remains subject to the Vietnamese immigration authority and its processing systems.

Does urgent pending eVisa support include airport fast-track?

No. Urgent Pending Vietnam eVisa Support and Airport Fast-Track are separate services. Airport assistance should be booked separately after your travel documents are in order.

Important source note: Vietnam eVisa information on this page is provided for general guidance. Fast-Track Vietnam is not a government authority. Urgent Pending eVisa Support is a private support service for already-submitted pending applications, and final results remain subject to the Vietnamese immigration authority.
