Fast-Track Vietnam currently offers three arrival support levels at SGN. Arrival Priority is designed for travellers who mainly want meet-and-assist plus priority-lane support where available. Arrival Premium Assist adds guided support after immigration, including the baggage area and customs guidance if required. Arrival Connection Assist is designed for passengers continuing from an international arrival to a domestic flight.

What happens after you land
After leaving the aircraft, follow the normal airport signs toward immigration. Your confirmed instructions tell you how to identify the airport support team. Once you meet, the team assists through the agreed arrival scope. Airport, immigration, customs, baggage and airline procedures always remain subject to the operating authorities on the day.
