Please arrive at least 2 hours before your international flight unless our team gives you a different meeting time.

Look for staff holding your welcome sign.
Go to Level 2 of the International Departure Terminal.
Look for Pillar 4.
Find the Fast-Track staff member holding your welcome sign.
Keep your passport, flight ticket and baggage ready for check-in, immigration and security.

Keep your passport, flight ticket, visa/travel documents and baggage ready for airport checks.
Look for your welcome sign
Our staff will identify you using the welcome sign sent in your booking confirmation email.
