After landing, follow airport signs toward Passport Control / Immigration and look for the Fast-Track staff member holding the welcome sign provided for your booking. Do not leave the international arrival area before meeting the team.

SGN departure meeting point
For international departure assistance, the published meeting point is Pillar 4, Level 2, International Departure Terminal. Unless the team provides a different meeting time, passengers should plan to arrive at least two hours before the international flight.

If you cannot find the team
